⮚ Day 01: Arrival in Srinagar
Welcome to Srinagar, the charming Lake City. Upon landing at the airport, kick off your ‘Exotic Kashmir’ adventure by heading to a houseboat. Post-lunch, enjoy a serene shikara ride on Dal Lake. Overnight stay is on the houseboat.

⮚ Day 02: In Srinagar | Day Trip to Sonamarg (90 km / approx. 3-hour drive)
Set out on a day trip to the scenic “meadow of gold,” Sonamarg. The fast-moving Sindh river here is favored for trout and mahseer fishing in summer. You can also choose pony rides to the glaciers for some snowy fun (additional cost). In the evening, return to your Srinagar hotel to unwind.

Note: The vehicle will leave you at and collect you from the Sonamarg car stand. Pony rides to the glaciers are optional and chargeable.

⮚ Day 03: In Srinagar | Day Trip to Gulmarg (85 km / approx. 1½-hour drive)
Depart early morning for Gulmarg, known for its stunning views of snow-covered peaks and dense forests. As you pass by picturesque willow trees, fast-flowing streams, and vibrant green meadows, Gulmarg’s beauty unfolds. Stroll leisurely or opt for a pony ride (at your own expense) to visit the high-altitude Golf Course. Don’t miss the exciting Gondola cable car ride (at your own expense). Return to Srinagar by evening for an overnight stay at the hotel.

⮚ Day 04: On to Pahalgam | Srinagar – Pahalgam (102 km / approx. 3½-hour drive)
After checking out from the hotel, embark on a journey to Pahalgam, the picturesque “valley of shepherds.” Visit the ancient Awantipura ruins en route, which date back to over a thousand years. Once in Pahalgam, explore its natural beauty or walk to Baisaren, a quaint village amidst pine and fir trees, offering wonderful views. Stay overnight at a Pahalgam hotel.

⮚ Day 05: On to Srinagar | Pahalgam – Srinagar (102 km / approx. 3½-hour drive)
Spend a full day enjoying the outdoor activities Pahalgam is known for, like trekking, pony trekking, fishing, camping, and nature walks. In the afternoon, drive back to Srinagar, check into your hotel, and enjoy some free time.

⮚ Day 06: In Srinagar | Srinagar – Local Sightseeing
Post breakfast, tour the famed Mughal gardens of Srinagar, including Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh. Both gardens boast beautiful central waterways and terraced landscaping, with Nishat Bagh highlighted by a grand avenue of Chinar trees. Overnight in Srinagar.

⮚ Day 07: Return Home with Fond Memories
After breakfast, proceed to Srinagar Airport to board your flight home, taking with you lasting memories of your tour with Exceptional Holidays Kashmir Tours & Travels.
